Find the right starting point

Useful answers before you discuss an application, dashboard or migration project.

Applications and customisation

Can we review a developed application?

Request a relevant walkthrough. We will demonstrate available capabilities and assess the fit with your workflow.

Can you change an existing solution?

We separate configurable settings from development work and agree the required scope.

Can customer or employee data be migrated?

Source quality, available imports, mapping, permissions and validation need assessment before migration.

Who owns the software?

Ownership, licences, third party components and source handover are recorded in the project agreement.

Cloud and reporting

Which cloud is best for us?

Compare workload fit, existing systems, skills, location, operational ownership and total cost. The assessment determines the recommendation.

Can migration happen without downtime?

The impact depends on the system and approach. Agree an acceptable transition window and rollback criteria.

Is the calculator a cloud quotation?

No. It calculates transfer time and totals your own cost inputs. Official provider calculators supply configuration-specific pricing.

Will a dashboard refresh automatically?

Refresh depends on the source, connectivity, credentials and licences. Its method and ownership are scoped.
