Business and contact
This website is presented under the DigiVista Infotech brand. The business operates as a proprietorship. You can send general business enquiries to info@digivistainfotech.in. The designated privacy/grievance contact and final legal identity details are awaiting confirmation.
Current preview and review status
This notice describes the current testing build. The production privacy notice must be reviewed against the final operator details, hosting, service providers and data-handling processes before launch.
Enquiry information
The forms use information you enter to prepare a summary, downloadable file or email draft. The preview does not automatically send that information to DigiVista. If you send the draft, your email provider processes it and DigiVista receives its contents.
Product selections and estimates
The product quote basket stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so the selection can remain available on that browser. Removing the selection or clearing site storage removes that browser copy. The service estimate planner holds its current selection in page memory and offers a text download or email draft.
Website requests and external services
Loading website pages and assets involves network requests. Hosting systems may record technical request information according to their configuration. This preview loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the information needed for those requests. The final hosting, logging, font and analytics arrangements must be confirmed for the production notice.
Partner documents
The planned partner portal is not collecting verification documents through this website preview. Do not upload or send identity documents, bank details, passwords or confidential customer records through the general enquiry forms. Document verification requires private storage, access controls and a specific collection notice in the completed portal.
Future portal and privacy requests
Before enabling accounts or document uploads, DigiVista must finalise the purpose and scope of collection, necessary disclosures, retention arrangements, rights-request handling, responsible contacts and applicable security procedures. This draft does not claim those controls are already operational.

That service processes the information under its own policies. DigiVista receives the message when you send it there. You can use the direct phone or email links instead.
